Optimising a portrait, with softwares like Photoshop is really a difficult art, not only a digital processing technic. It is about enhancing the natural beauty of the subject, hidding small natural defects, lighting dark areas, increasing eyes look, without changing subject personality.

Each portrait is processed individually at MyPhotoRescue, without counting our working time. Only the result and your satisfaction is counting for us.

 

Do not hesitate to document into the comment field above the expected outcome and the planned usage of your portrait (book, exposition, gift, poster,...). This will help us greatly to satisfy yourself. Effectively, the list of possible retouchs is very long.

By default, without guidances from you, we'll touch up the photograph using our common sense and artistic taste to produce a flattering portrait.

To guide us, you can pick up retouch codes in the list below. You are not obliged to use these codes, you can use your own words and sensitivity to describe as precisely as possible the processing work you are looking for or the expected result.

Note: The blue touching ups (codes)  are applied by default on all photos, unless specified otherwize.

a1:  Soften grain skin

a2:  or grain skin sharpened

b1:  Increased eyes look

b2:  Increase iris color saturation.

b3:  Change iris color (be specific).

b4:  Increase eyes reflection.

b5:  Whiten eyes.

b6:  Correct red eyes.

c1:  Rectify small flaws, marks, spots, pimple, scars.

c2:  Remove beauty spots.

c3:  Reduce or remove wrinkles

c4:  Soften or remove (dark) shadows or circles under eyes.

c5:  Peach skin effect, "glamourous" rendering, soft and pastels colors and tints.

c6:  High contrast, saturated colors

c7:  Whiten teeth.  

d1:  Rejuvenate face shape, move up the bottom of the nose and the eyes.

d2:  Cosmetic and esthetic touch ups of the face, like nose and eyes shape retouching, hiding double chins, sticking back ears...

 d3: Enhance the smile or change the face expression (be specific).

e1:  Tint or colorize white hairs and  eyebrows.

e2:  Remove rebelious locks.

e3:  Increase hairs shine and color saturation. 

e4:  Change hairs colors (be specific).

f1:   Change photo ambiance, by modifying tint, saturation, contrast,...

f2:   Adjust and correct bad lighting.

f3:   Remove bad reflections.

f4:   Lightening shadows.  

f5:   Increase relief (by playing with depth of field).

g1:  Chargeable option: Cut out and blur the background  (see also our cheap Photo background replacement service). To activate this option, please check the option check box above, in the ordering form..

h1:  Win a few years  (see also our specific "Look younger" processing).

i1:   Slightly thinning the face and body's shapes.

i2:   Remove spare tyres (Am tire).

i3:   Loosing weigth : Stretch out legs, make thights and ankles , hips, and  abdomen slimmer. Grow the body. Elongate the neck.

j1:   Remove or decrease numerical noise. 

k1:  Make a fake/digital make up. 

k2:   Erase, remove, modify a tattoo.

l1:   Crop and reframe  (1/3 rule).

Two additional options are available: Printing of a proofing, to any size up to 1.8m, and getting a CD-Rom containing all you processed photos.
