Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

The large choice and different complexity of services proposed by MyPhotoRescue, focused on high quality, do not allow us to commit to a delivery date at the time of the order.

The average work duration is one week. This is an estimate only and can not be considered as a legal obligation.

Work validation - Quality and customer satisfaction garantee.

After processing, MyPhotoRescue will send you a proof by e-mail, for validation. A proof is digital image, in a reduced size, protected by a watermark.

This allows you to validate our work, or to provide additional comments and remarks, for us to finalize the processing of your photo.

The order is considered as complete, and final files (full size, without watermark) are send, only once the proofs are validated by the customer.

Transportation and carriers

By default, final processed images, are delivered only by e-mail, in electronic format. For big files, we'll provide you with a automatic downlad link.

However, we propose as an option, to receive them on a CD or DVD. This option must be included in the order, prior to proceed with payment.

We also propose as a courtesy option, to produce and deliver one print copy per image, up to A3+ size, on a professional photo printer (HP Photosmart Pro B9181) and high quality glossy photo paper.

If one of those options is included in you order, the pack is usually shipped whitin 48h working hours after finalization of the work and payment execution.

The shipment method of CD/DVD and prints, is "Colissimo suivi, remis sans signature", by "La Poste". 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Package will be dispatched at your own risk, but a very special care is taken to protect your goods.

Shipping costs are offered for order above or equal to 90€.

Actual shipment costs, for order below 90€:

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Processing fees:

Is added to every order, a fix processing cost of 4€ (with taxes) per order, whatever the number of product items in the order.

Processing fees are also offered for orders above 90€.

Processing fees include the various costs associated with processing your order, such as expenses and costs related to acquiring and processing your order, including costs of transactions, and other expenses incurred by MyPhotoRescue with respect to customer orders. Processing fees do not include any charges for the photos editing itself, including costs related to raw materials or printing.

Processing fees do not apply for orders containing only free quotation or estimate requests.
