Restoration of old photo or postcard, damaged year after year, by repetitive handlings and bad storage conditions. They can present lot or large blobs, folds or stripes.
We have developped a unique expertise which permit us to give your oldest souvenirs a second youth. Stains will be rubbed out. Stripes and tears will be wipe out by a very careful rebuilding of every missing pixel.
Dust and micro-stains are cleaned (by infrared during the scanning process or lately manually).
We'll also correct the lightness, contrast, the color saturation (for color photos only indeed) and sharpness (will limiting/correcting the level of noise).
B&W images which have turned to yellow will of course be re_converted to a neutral and contrasted grayscale.

If any critical zone (faces, hands,...) is affected by a damage, it must be very limited. No major part of the image should miss.
In case important part(s) of the picture has to be rebuild, you have to choose the next level of repair, called Advanced photo restoration.

J'ai commandée en ligne la réparation de la vieille photo de l'armée de mon grand père le samedi matin. Une heure après, Mr Bugnet m'a appelé pour me suggérer un recadrage et me proposer un tirage sepia (offert !). Le samedi soir je recevais une première version corrigée par e-mail et la version finale deux heures plus tard. Le tirage est encore plus beau que sur écran.
