It is risk free, we will not modify or overwrite on your media, we'll read the data, rescue them and rebuild image files, then backup them all on a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM (depending on the number of images) .

How can this be possible ?: When an image is "deleted" on a camera, it is in fact still present in the card, but its reference is deleted. It does not appear anymore in the catalog, but with some dedicated tools, some know how and lot of patience, we can rebuild the link to the file and recover it.

If your camera's brand is not listed, it only means we have not tested it yet, but it probably works as well. Give it a try, there is no risk and it is free of a charge.

We can recover images, movies and sound files in all formats: JPG, JPEG, TIF, GIF, RiFF, TIFF, AVI, PNG, BMP, MPEG, MOV, WAV, MIDI, QuickTime and even RAW files of Reflex cameras (Canon CRW, Kodak DCR, Minolta MRW, Nikon NEF and Fuji RAF).

 

Important tips: Do not wait, do not take any other shoot, do not use anymore your memory media till your lost images are recovered. If you do so, there is a big chance you camera software will record the new photos over the previous ones, making the rescue totally impossible.

How to proceed ?:

-Remove the memory card out of the camera and put it back into its original protection box.

-Take note of its size. It is written on the card itself, from 8mb to 32Gb or above

-There is a field on this page, where you have to indicate the size of the card. 

-Add this service to your card and finalize the order. You are not obliged to pay in advance. You can pay only when we have received your card and have confirmed we are successfull restoring your images.

-Send the card to us (our address), in a well protected envelope, using a "follow me" and safety type of post mail service (registered letter). This shipment is under your responsability.

Price of CD/DVD is included in the service price.

What happens if the card/media cannot be read, or my lost/damaged files cannot be recovered ?

Pretty rare, but It happens unfortunately. In such case, we will not add to your pain, so our rescuying tentative will be free for you, no charge for service and time. The only cost charged will be the cost of returning your media card to you, by registered letter, if you still want to use it.
